• Order & license data — the plan you buy, order amounts, and the license keys issued to you.
• Contact messages — anything you send via the contact form (name, email, message).
• Technical data — IP address and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

Payments

付款由我们的支付服务商处理。我们从不查看或存储您完整的银行卡信息——支付服务商会依据其自身的安全和隐私条款处理这些信息。

许可证验证

您的 Nimbopanel 安装会定期与我们的许可证服务器进行核验，仅发送许可证密钥和服务器标识符。此过程绝不会传输您托管账户中的任何内容。

数据保留与您的权利

只要您的账户处于活跃状态，或法律有相应要求，我们就会保留账户、订单和许可证数据。您可以联系我们，申请访问、更正或删除您的个人数据。
