الشروط واتفاقية الترخيص

تُبرم هذه الاتفاقية بينكم ("المرخَّص له") وبين CV Nuansa Indah sejati ("المرخِّص"، "نحن")، مزوّد برنامج Nimbopanel. بإنشائكم حسابًا، أو شرائكم خطة، أو تثبيتكم أو تشغيلكم لبرنامج Nimbopanel، فإنكم توافقون على هذه الشروط. وإذا كنتم توافقون نيابةً عن جهة أو مؤسسة، فإنكم تؤكدون أنكم مخوّلون بإلزامها بهذه الاتفاقية.

1. البرنامج والترخيص

Nimbopanel is a self-hosted hosting control panel. We sell you a license to run it — not hosting. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Nimbopanel on up to the number of servers stated in your plan, for the licensed term. You are responsible for the servers you install it on and for the data and accounts you host.

2. التفعيل والربط بالخادم (قفل العقدة)

• يُفعَّل كل ترخيص مقابل هوية خادم (بصمة جهاز). ولا يجوز أن يعمل الترخيص إلا على العدد الأقصى من الخوادم الذي تسمح به خطتكم.
• Licensing is offline-tolerant by design: a temporary inability to reach the license server does not disable your existing hosting. After an extended offline period beyond the stated grace window, paid entitlements step down to the free limits, but hosting you already run keeps running.
• You may activate offline (air-gapped) using the tools we provide; offline activation is still bound to your server allowance.

3. الانتقال بين الخوادم

يمكنكم نقل الترخيص بين خوادمكم الخاصة باستخدام خيار "التحرير" ذاتي الخدمة في بوابتكم، والذي يُحرّر فتحة لخادم جديد. وعند الاتصال التالي، ينتقل الخادم المُحرَّر إلى حدود الخطة المجانية.

4. ما لا يجوز لكم القيام به

• Resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the license key, the signed license tokens, or the Nimbopanel binaries themselves. (Operating hosting for your customers is allowed — and, on the reseller tier, is the point.)
• الالتفاف على آلية إنفاذ الترخيص أو رموز الترخيص الموقَّعة أو تعطيلها أو العبث بها، أو تجاوز حصة الخوادم أو الاستحقاقات المخصصة لكم.
• استخدام البرنامج في أي نشاط غير قانوني.

5. التحديثات والسلامة

Releases are cryptographically signed and verified at install. Running modified, unsigned, or tampered builds is a breach of this agreement and voids support. We may publish updates and security fixes; keeping current is your responsibility.

6. حقوق إعادة البيع

لا تتوفر خاصية العلامة البيضاء (White-label) والحسابات الفرعية لإعادة البيع إلا في فئة إعادة البيع. وفي الفئات الأدنى، لا يكون استخدام هذه الميزات مرخَّصًا.

7. المدة والتجديد والإنهاء

• تسري الخطط المدفوعة للمدة المحددة، إضافةً إلى أي فترة سماح. ويؤدي التجديد إلى تمديد الترخيص ذاته.
• We may revoke a license for breach of these terms, non-payment, chargeback, or fraud/abuse. On revocation the software reverts to the free limits on its next check-in.
• Your hosted sites and data remain yours — termination affects the paid entitlements of the panel, not the accounts you host. You remain responsible for your own backups and for migrating off if you choose to.

8. الدفع والاسترداد

Paid plans are billed for the stated period; prices are shown at checkout. See our سياسة الاسترداد for cancellations and refunds.

9. الضمان والمسؤولية

يُقدَّم البرنامج "كما هو" دون أي ضمان من أي نوع. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل CV Nuansa Indah sejati المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامه، وتقتصر المسؤولية الإجمالية على الرسوم التي دفعتموها خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة. وتبقون أنتم المسؤولين عن نسخكم الاحتياطية وأمان خوادمكم.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين Indonesia، وتُحال أي منازعات إلى المحاكم المختصة في تلك الولاية القضائية.

11. التعديلات

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
