शर्तें और लाइसेंस अनुबंध
यह अनुबंध आपके ("लाइसेंसधारी") और CV Nuansa Indah sejati ("लाइसेंसदाता", "हम", "हमें"), Nimbopanel सॉफ़्टवेयर के प्रदाता, के बीच है। खाता बनाकर, कोई योजना खरीदकर, या Nimbopanel सॉफ़्टवेयर को इंस्टॉल या चलाकर, आप इन शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं। यदि आप किसी संगठन की ओर से सहमत हो रहे हैं, तो आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आप उसे बाध्य करने के लिए अधिकृत हैं।
1. सॉफ़्टवेयर और लाइसेंस
Nimbopanel is a self-hosted hosting control panel. We sell you a license to run it — not hosting. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Nimbopanel on up to the number of servers stated in your plan, for the licensed term. You are responsible for the servers you install it on and for the data and accounts you host.
2. सक्रियण और सर्वर बाइंडिंग (नोड-लॉक)
- प्रत्येक लाइसेंस एक सर्वर पहचान (एक मशीन फ़िंगरप्रिंट) के विरुद्ध सक्रिय होता है। एक लाइसेंस आपकी योजना द्वारा अनुमत सर्वरों की संख्या से अधिक पर नहीं चल सकता।
- Licensing is offline-tolerant by design: a temporary inability to reach the license server does not disable your existing hosting. After an extended offline period beyond the stated grace window, paid entitlements step down to the free limits, but hosting you already run keeps running.
- You may activate offline (air-gapped) using the tools we provide; offline activation is still bound to your server allowance.
3. सर्वरों के बीच स्थानांतरण

4. आप क्या नहीं कर सकते
- Resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the license key, the signed license tokens, or the Nimbopanel binaries themselves. (Operating hosting for your customers is allowed — and, on the reseller tier, is the point.)
- लाइसेंस प्रवर्तन या हस्ताक्षरित लाइसेंस टोकनों को दरकिनार करना, अक्षम करना या उनसे छेड़छाड़ करना, या अपने सर्वर/अधिकार सीमा से अधिक जाना।
- सॉफ़्टवेयर का उपयोग गैरकानूनी गतिविधि के लिए करना।
5. अपडेट और अखंडता
Releases are cryptographically signed and verified at install. Running modified, unsigned, or tampered builds is a breach of this agreement and voids support. We may publish updates and security fixes; keeping current is your responsibility.
6. रीसेलर अधिकार
व्हाइट-लेबल ब्रांडिंग और रीसेलर सब-अकाउंट केवल रीसेलर स्तर पर उपलब्ध हैं। निचले स्तरों पर वे सुविधाएँ उपयोग के लिए लाइसेंस-प्राप्त नहीं हैं।
7. अवधि, नवीनीकरण और समाप्ति
- भुगतान योजनाएँ बताई गई अवधि के साथ-साथ किसी भी छूट अवधि के लिए चलती हैं। नवीनीकरण उसी लाइसेंस को बढ़ाता है।
- We may revoke a license for breach of these terms, non-payment, chargeback, or fraud/abuse. On revocation the software reverts to the free limits on its next check-in.
- Your hosted sites and data remain yours — termination affects the paid entitlements of the panel, not the accounts you host. You remain responsible for your own backups and for migrating off if you choose to.
8. भुगतान और धनवापसी
Paid plans are billed for the stated period; prices are shown at checkout. See our रिफ़ंड नीति for cancellations and refunds.
9. वारंटी और दायित्व
सॉफ़्टवेयर "जैसा है" वैसा ही प्रदान किया जाता है, बिना किसी प्रकार की वारंटी के। कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, CV Nuansa Indah sejati इसके उपयोग से उत्पन्न होने वाले अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है, और कुल दायित्व दावे से पहले के बारह महीनों में आपके द्वारा भुगतान की गई फीस तक सीमित है। आप अपने स्वयं के बैकअप और सर्वर सुरक्षा के लिए स्वयं ज़िम्मेदार बने रहते हैं।
10. शासी कानून
यह अनुबंध Indonesia के कानूनों द्वारा शासित है, और विवाद उस क्षेत्राधिकार की सक्षम अदालतों के अधीन हैं।
11. परिवर्तन
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
