Términos y Acuerdo de Licencia

Este acuerdo se celebra entre tú (el "Licenciatario") y CV Nuansa Indah sejati (el "Licenciante", "nosotros"), el proveedor del software Nimbopanel. Al crear una cuenta, comprar un plan, o instalar o ejecutar el software Nimbopanel, aceptas estos términos. Si estás aceptando en nombre de una organización, confirmas que estás autorizado para vincularla.

1. El software y la licencia

Nimbopanel is a self-hosted hosting control panel. We sell you a license to run it — not hosting. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Nimbopanel on up to the number of servers stated in your plan, for the licensed term. You are responsible for the servers you install it on and for the data and accounts you host.

2. Activación y vinculación al servidor (node-lock)

• Cada licencia se activa contra una identidad de servidor (una huella digital de la máquina). Una licencia puede ejecutarse, como máximo, en el número de servidores que permita tu plan.
• Licensing is offline-tolerant by design: a temporary inability to reach the license server does not disable your existing hosting. After an extended offline period beyond the stated grace window, paid entitlements step down to the free limits, but hosting you already run keeps running.
• You may activate offline (air-gapped) using the tools we provide; offline activation is still bound to your server allowance.

3. Traslado entre servidores

Puedes transferir una licencia entre tus propios servidores utilizando la opción de autoservicio "Liberar" en tu portal, que libera un espacio para un nuevo servidor. Un servidor liberado pasa a los límites del plan gratuito en su siguiente comunicación con el servidor de licencias.

4. Lo que no puedes hacer

• Resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the license key, the signed license tokens, or the Nimbopanel binaries themselves. (Operating hosting for your customers is allowed — and, on the reseller tier, is the point.)
• Eludir, desactivar o manipular la aplicación de la licencia o los tokens de licencia firmados, o exceder tu asignación de servidores/derechos.
• Utilizar el software para actividades ilícitas.

5. Actualizaciones e integridad

Releases are cryptographically signed and verified at install. Running modified, unsigned, or tampered builds is a breach of this agreement and voids support. We may publish updates and security fixes; keeping current is your responsibility.

6. Derechos de revendedor

La marca blanca y las subcuentas de revendedor solo están disponibles en el plan de revendedor. En los planes inferiores, estas funciones no están licenciadas para su uso.

7. Duración, renovación y terminación

• Los planes de pago tienen una duración igual al período indicado más cualquier margen de gracia. La renovación extiende la misma licencia.
• We may revoke a license for breach of these terms, non-payment, chargeback, or fraud/abuse. On revocation the software reverts to the free limits on its next check-in.
• Your hosted sites and data remain yours — termination affects the paid entitlements of the panel, not the accounts you host. You remain responsible for your own backups and for migrating off if you choose to.

8. Pago y reembolsos

Paid plans are billed for the stated period; prices are shown at checkout. See our Política de reembolso for cancellations and refunds.

9. Garantía y responsabilidad

El software se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantía de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, CV Nuansa Indah sejati no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de su uso, y la responsabilidad total se limita a las cuotas que hayas pagado en los doce meses anteriores a la reclamación. Sigues siendo responsable de tus propias copias de seguridad y de la seguridad de tu servidor.

10. Legislación aplicable

Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes de Indonesia, y las disputas se someten a los tribunales competentes de dicha jurisdicción.

11. Cambios

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
